Our Meat Department supplies a large range of freshly cut Beef, Lamb, Pork and Chicken, as well as our speciality products such as kebabs, rissoles, marinated steaks and many other meal ideas that are all made in store. Our Butcher, Phil Moore, has been in the industry for over 40 years and has been the Butcher at Farmer Jacks Halls Head for over 20 years, during that time he has gained a reputation as one of the best butchers in the Mandurah area, supplying a large range of freshly cut meats of the highest quality and freshness.

The butchers are available 7 days a week for any special requirements you might have, they can also make up orders for that next function you’re having, or why not give us a call for a quote on your next fundraiser, we can supply top quality sausages at a very competitive price and regularly supply many of the local sporting and charity groups with their sausage sizzle supplies. The friendly staff are always happy to help with whatever you might require.

The majority of our meat is grown in WA, if it’s not available from a WA supplier then we will source it from somewhere else in Australia, we do not sell any meat products imported from overseas. We are proud to support the BUY WEST EAT BEST program and have done since its inception several years ago, we also only buy MSA (Meat Standards of Australia) approved beef for our range of sliced steak. Some of our major suppliers include, DBC, Harvey Beef, British Sausage Co, Steggles chicken and Meat and Poultry Australia.
